Overview

Robert Shreve’s practice is devoted to civil litigation. He regularly represents clients in the maritime, construction, banking, insurance, and healthcare industries, and has counseled commercial and individual clients through all phases of complex civil actions. Robert has a passion for trial work and has tried multiple jury and nonjury trials to verdict.

Robert focuses his practice on the strategic and efficient resolution of often complex commercial disputes. Robert was born and raised in Mobile, where he remains an active member of the community. However, Robert’s practice extends beyond Mobile County, and he regularly litigates disputes in courts across Alabama and Florida.
