Manufacturing Restaurant Services

Ed currently serves as the firm's Chief Executive Officer where he manages the day-to-day operations and firmwide administrative departments. Ed also practices in the firm's Corporate and Tax Practice Group, representing a variety of privately held companies for which he provides representation and advice on mergers and acquisitions and general business, corporate and contractual matters.

Ed has significant experience in the manufacturing industry, in particular automotive. Ed regularly assists manufacturing clients with all phases of the manufacturing process including financing, supply contracts, customer contracts, joint ventures and other strategic alliances.

Ed also has significant experience in the restaurant industry including mergers and acquisitions, employment agreements, franchise agreements and minority investments.
